By no means is this PF Changs, but for "fast" Chinese food in Wesley Chapel it is just "meh". Located in strip mall on the corner of Bruce B Downs and SR 54. The employees were very friendly. They have two tables and a sofa for sitting and waiting on your "to go" order. Do not provide delivery. Not sure I would want to sit and dine in...high traffic in and out...there were two people in there last night attempting to eat and customers were standing over them. Kind of awkward. We ordered an Egg roll (still piping hot & tasty), General Tso's Shrimp (surprisingly it was pretty good. Was not too spicy and the batter was fried and even with the sauce all over it -- still remained crispy). The only negative was the Pork Lo Mein (it was gross! Had way TOO much artificial smoke taste added and it ruined the entree. We threw it out after one bite). Both entrees came with sticky white rice (yummy). Looks like they have combinations platters that include entree, pork fried rice, and an egg roll for $7.25. So if you have a hankering for Chinese Fast Food --- give it a try, but do not expect anything special -- it is just "ok". Open Monday thru Sunday 1100 am to 1200 am.

This is the first Chinese place that I have tried in the area where I have recently moved to. It was just okay to me. what sparked my attention was the 4.99 lunch specials. That includes the rice and your entree, it doesn't include an egg roll, like others do. Their servings are the same as other chinese places with the same chinese containers. We ordered the shrimp and broccoli, beef lo mein, and sweet and sour chicken, and crab rangoon. All came to a total of abotu $20. Also came with drinks each so that was good. The crab rangoon was a bit weird to me, it was more mayonaise than anything else, so I didn't like that at all. the shrimp was pretty good. the fried rice looked like yellow rice but tasted like fried rice. Felt bad bc the only ones working there were kids, and on a sunday. That stinks having to be so young and work so hard. They do a good job though.

Serves the purpose of cooking your typical chinese food fast. Not much of a dine-in location, but good for take-out. They do not deliver, at least to my house and I live fairly close. Menu is your typical chines fare. The service is alright, leaves something to be desired. One thing I do like is that I've noticed a LOT of handwashing as they prepare the food. On a recent occasion, we ordered a couple meals, some egg rolls, and platter of miscellaneous fried goodies, and got home to realize we were missing a meal. Called them hoping they could just credit our account, but they needed us to come back regardless. Very irritated, we drove back, and they gave us Orange Crush soda for our trouble. LOL, kind of funny, and definitely lacking in the customer service department, but then again those "running" the shop that night were probably the children of the owners.

In Wesley Chapel there are two Chinese take out choices. This is the better of the two. Quick clean service and the food is decent enough. I just wish they didn't start skimping on the filling for their Crab Rangoon. Other than that they are ok in my book.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
